Your order will be dispatched within a maximum time period of twenty one working days, Monday to Thursday excluding public holidays. If there is a problem with delaying your order we will email or telephone you.
Courses may be subject to course start dates and you will be notified via email or phone as to your start dates when you will receive your course materials or online course link.
We offer a full money back guarantee on our courses in line with current distance learning government legislation - this being an email or letter stating your wish to cancel sent to us within seven days of receiving the link to your online resources, this also applies to paper formatted courses. Paper formatted course materials must be returned within twenty one days in re-useable condition and with the security seal intact or the money back guarantee is nil and void. Oxford Learning will not grant requests to cancel out of legislative period in any circumstance.
All paper format courses for all non-UK countries are unable to be refunded.
For returned courses we charge a £20.00 standard fee per individual course. This fee applies to all cancellations without exception. |
