Diploma in Change Management
Welcome to Oxford College. We are pleased to offer the Level 3 Diploma in Change Management. This quality assured Level 3 Diploma in Change Management provides a firm foundation for those embarking upon a new change management role. The diploma considers developments in management practice, specifically those areas relating to embedding vision and managing change, against the wider contexts of the UK, EU, US and global economies. This course will be of particular interest to those needing to implement change management skills in the workplace. Throughout, the student is encouraged to use the ideas both in the context of their own experience and through case studies, in order to enhance their knowledge of change management in practice.
The diploma provides detailed learning resources on a range of relevant change management topics, combining the theoretical background on aspects of change management with the practical tools, change management techniques and change communication formats needed for everyday change management.
Module 1. What is Change Management?
The first module will provide an introduction to the key concepts and issues relating to change management, and how these skills can be developed to implement change within a business or management structure.
